I am so amped up this morning! Which makes it difficult to arrange all my thoughts into a single stream of thought.

I made a few multi-million dollar breakthroughs this morning.
And I want you to see the opportunities in your world.
How to Spot a Good Opportunity
Basics of supply and demand:
If the demand is higher than the competition, there is opportunity to win.
Then understanding how to push in cheap traffic, you have a winner.
We look for opportunities where stores can advertise on Google to a wide audience of prospective buyers.
Facebook traffic is expensive because everyone is competition for space.
However, Google and TikTok (for now) could have low competition for certain products, so we search for those opportunities in StoreFilter.
Why I am so excited this morning?
We just got approved for selling refurbished electronics for our new store in Google.
Our CPC is averaging $.02 right now from Google ads!
And our COST PER SALE is $.30 for a $300 sale this morning!
Ok, let’s discuss the genesis of this deal…
I met someone who owns an electronics refurbishing company with $10m in inventory. They would typically sell through wholesaling, Amazon or eBay.
I used StoreFilter to look up other competitors to see who on Shopify had massive brands along these product lines.
BOOM - Found a store doing $2m a month
Put together a presentation on opportunity cost to build a brand, clap the competition’s cheeks selling refurbished electronics, save money and build a strong customer base.
My take is a % of revenue earned on the store, which is still less than what Amazon takes, so it’s a massive win on all sides here.
Create a Win - Win - Win
Client wins, customers win, I win! We all win!
Structure better deals, find the angles to align and create success.
What to look for in deals:
Great products
Unique selling proposition
Competitive pricing
Low competition in the marketplace
Tough approval process for Google / TikTok
Now that last point above might be a shock, but that is the defining factor between selling $100k a month and $10m a month in sales!
Let me explain…
If it were easy then everyone would do it!
Find opportunities to win big by reaching out to business owners who are not doing what they should be doing, building a brand.
Building a brand takes time, but brands can be exited later for huge multiples…
Meanwhile, eBay side-hustles are not in huge demand for purchase.
Get out there and start slinging deals! Use StoreFilter to do your research and win new business.
There is no such thing as having too much data!
So that is massive deal 1 breakthrough for this morning. We are officially off to the races with a massive new electronics store selling on Shopify.
I will keep you updated on progress as we are growing to $1m a month and beyond!
Second massive win this morning was getting our packages for my wife and I’s clothing line released from customs today. FINALLY!
We launched 5 designs on our first launch and one of our designs was the clear winner with our target audience.
So we designed 4 new designs that are very similar to our first winner, and we are over the moon excited to launch these! Also we are launching dresses too!
Here is the genesis of creating this multi-million dollar a year brand….
First, I got my wife pregnant with our first kid.
Second, I saw all the things my wife was buying and reviewed our credit card statements.
Which made me quickly realize…
New moms are a really good target market to sell products to!
We used StoreFilter to go searching for stores for inspiration. We spent a few weeks searching around looking at all the different new mom stores.
We saw what their top selling products are, how much money they make per month, where they get their traffic from and how their marketing drives sales.
Then one day my wife said…
“Why are all these companies making ugly designs for babies?”
“Why can’t we have designer looking products but in this material we love?”
Boom! That’s the business!

All import records can be sourced and the founder realized this and built this site.
So now we know who our target audience is and we know how to sell to them.
We hire someone in Italy who has worked on major fashion brands to design our products, and BOOM! We are in business!

Sold out in a few weeks
